Office Manager Vacancy

We are looking to recruit a new member of staff in our School Office. Our current Office Manager is returning to full-time education and we have taken the opportunity to review everything in our School Office and have reshaped the position to one which fits the requirements of the school as we move into our next stage of growth and development.

We’re looking for someone with a broad range of skills who will take charge and lead our School Office as well as providing finance, marketing, human resources and personal assistant support to the Senior Leadership Team and Trustees.

You would be working with an existing strong team in a fast environment where no two days are the same! If you’re looking for a new challenge with lots of variety then this is a great opportunity. We understand that not all applicants will necessarily have skills in all the areas covered by the role, so training and a thorough handover will be provided for the successful candidate.

This is a term time only role (plus 15 additional days) working 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility to support quarterly Trustees meetings which usually take place after school hours.
