Primley Wood Primary School

Curriculum

At our school, we believe in providing a well-rounded education that not only develops students' academic skills, but also fosters their social and emotional growth. We use a variety of teaching approaches, including enquiry learning and project-based learning, to engage students and help them develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Here, you will find information about our school's approach to teaching and learning & the subjects and topics that are covered in each class.

Our curriculum is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students, with a focus on developing key concepts and skills in each subject area.

In addition to our core curriculum, we offer a variety of programs to student learning, including music, art, physical education, and foreign language. These programs help students explore their interests and develop new skills outside the traditional classroom setting.

Finally, we recognise that every student is unique and may require different approaches to learning. We use differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of our students and provide resources for parents to support their child's learning at home.

We hope that this curriculum page provides you with a better understanding of our school's approach to teaching and learning. If you have any questions or would like more information, please don't hesitate to contact us!
